I was unable to connect with him again even tho he gave me his “direct” number. I’ve tried contacting him several times. We froze and ate the meals. I wondered if the credit was still there. When I ordered next , the credit was there. I ordered the exact amount again. They sent me half the meals. He still will not return my calls. The packaging has changed; it is brown cardboard with no labels or company name. I have no idea what the frozen meals are. There is no consistency, no communication, and service is non-existant. I will no longer use them. I looked at the ketomealdelivery.com and it looks great but it doesn’t delivery to my state. 🙁 Guess I will go back to Keto Fridge and Factor75 for now.
