Por lo que no sé si darle casi todo el mérito a los masajes por la pérdida de medidas y pensar que la dieta no ha funcionado. Cómo llevo un mes haciendo la dieta me han entrado ansias horribles de comer carbohidratos solo de pensar en ellos se me hace agua la boca, pero no lo hago, ni los miro. Me recomendaron que debía tener un día de descanso después de la 3ra semana así que ya lo tuve el sábado pasado. Qué recomendaciones me puede dar. Considera que se recomienda empezar con esta una vez tu cuerpo esté adaptado a la cetosis (en cada cuerpo es diferente, pero después de 2 o 3 semanas, tu metabolismo debería estar acostumbrado) y que redistribuye tus carbohidratos para ser consumidos antes y después de tu entrenamiento, y reducirlos en tus otras ingestas para no salir de cetosis.
