I started fasting at Ramadan along with the Muslims but I’m a Christian it’s now 15 days, I’m now going good on a water fast only for 21 days and after that I will hopefully on Ketosis diet till day 31, I will keep you posted. Ciertamente al empezar consumir más proteínas de las apropiadas puede inducir a la gluconeogénesis (degradar músculo para generar glucosa) y hacer que te demores más en entrar en cetosis pero con un consumo de grasas elevado esto no debería pasar. 🙂
