I am glad this book exists because it shows people looking into the keto diet that you don't need meat to get into ketosis. I wish there were more vegan keto books in the world. This one needs some polishing for sure. I feel the authors were just making a string of keto books and thought they'd try and cover all the bases and vegan keto was another one to check off the list. Don't feel it was written by someone who truly understands the vegan lifestyle or has lived it. It was free on Kindle, so as a free book it's worth a quick read through being careful to veganize it when necessary. Wouldn't pay more than a couple of dollars for it. Recommended it to a friend on a regular keto diet because she is eating meat and I'm hoping she will incorporate some less cruel dishes into her diet.
