Bom como já disse eu e minha filha de 16 anos fazemos a dieta ,a minha filha há uns 3 meses e eu aos 15 dias mais ou menos ,bom para mim vejo que perdi medidas e me sinto mais disposta , inclusive as cochiladinhas depois do almoço não faço mais ,pois não tenho sono sinto – me com mais disposição, a minha filha nesses dois meses eliminou dois quilos ,mas como já disse a nutri liberou água de coco e maçã , minha filha consome muita água de coco eu já não pois não gosto então tomo água com limão , até então tô conseguindo fazer a dieta e estou muito satisfeita ,mas a minha filha acha que não está perdendo medidas como eu ,por que será ?

INDIAN LOW CARB RECIPES: Delicious and Healthy This is my favorite trick. First you fry the tofu in a skillet with a little oil until they are lightly browned and crisp. Then you add whatever sauce or marinade you want to use and cook it for just one minute more. If you want to keep your skillet clean you can even transfer the tofu to a bowl and mix in the sauce there. The same method also works great for tempeh. You can try this out with my recent noodle salad recipe, where I toss the tofu with soy sauce after frying. I much prefer this method to marinating before frying, because the tofu will absorb the sauce much easier after it has dried out and crisped up from frying. It is also a lot quicker and prevents the sauce from burning in the pan.

Otherwise, you’ll be protein deficient.
