I have been a vegan for 20 years or so. I have been reading about the keto diet but finding that I know for sure I could not eat flesh or even animal secretions because of my ethical beliefs. However, I want to try keto. It sounds like you can’t really do it half way, either. Like just cutting back a lot won’t get me there. So I guess I could just make tofu and veggies with some nuts and coconut milk every night for a while…My family is so carb focused. It’s amazing. I am not sure how to move us away from that and be vegan…open to any and all suggestions…
