My health improved again, but lost MORE weight, even though I didn’t think It was possible to get lighter. Tried going high protein. Loads of nuts/seeds, and broke from strict vegan with yogurt every day, and liver once or twice a week. Didn’t work, blood tests came back bad. Back to low everything, lost more weight, look like a skeleton when undressed, also became listless: low energy. That’s when I found out about ketogenic, read up on it, and went high fat, low carb, low protein. I am now on 3200 carbs a day, mostly coconut and olive oil, which I keep finding more creative ways to use in meals. Stopped losing weight, energy not super, but much better. Eating fat reduces appetite, so it is hard to make my 3200 quota, but I am doing it. Takes 5 to 10 small meals per day, and occasionally up til 3 AM to get those last couple meals.
