When you start looking up “low carb” vegan recipes on the internet and adding up the net carbs, you’ll quickly find that when you put these recipes together many of them simply have too many carbs for you to stay in ketosis. That’s why we created this 7 day vegan/vegetarian keto diet meal plan, to give you a simple, actionable diet plan to start the vegan ketogenic lifestyle off on the right foot while ensuring you hit all of your macros. And — although it’s technically a legume — peanuts deserve an honorable mention.
