Llevo un mes haciendo la dieta. He bajado solo 9 libras. Me dicen que he bajado más en volumen ya que si se nota que mi abdomen ha bajado notablemente, pero solo he bajado esas 9 libras. Generalmente desayuno huevo y cerdo y ceno aguacate con queso aceite de oliva y huevos y cerdo. También consumo nueces. En eso se ha basado mi dieta. También mariscos ya sea atún o pulpo. Los fines de semana ayuno durante el desayuno. No me gusta hacer ejercicio, lo que hago es hacerme masajes reductores. Por lo que no sé si darle casi todo el mérito a los masajes por la pérdida de medidas y pensar que la dieta no ha funcionado. Cómo llevo un mes haciendo la dieta me han entrado ansias horribles de comer carbohidratos solo de pensar en ellos se me hace agua la boca, pero no lo hago, ni los miro. Me recomendaron que debía tener un día de descanso después de la 3ra semana así que ya lo tuve el sábado pasado. Qué recomendaciones me puede dar. Ya que en resumen siento que he bajado poco en peso aunque algo notable en volumen pero pienso que son los masajes.
