I am now on 3200 carbs a day, mostly coconut and olive oil, which I keep finding more creative ways to use in meals. Stopped losing weight, energy not super, but much better. Eating fat reduces appetite, so it is hard to make my 3200 quota, but I am doing it. Takes 5 to 10 small meals per day, and occasionally up til 3 AM to get those last couple meals.
