Oh, I just made this and it was so delicious! I’m not vegan, but I love finding & trying out new healthier cookie dough recipes. But most of those recipes use dates and nuts and while they’re still really good, they don’t taste like cookie dough. This recipe though, reminds me most of cookie dough and even it didn’t, it wouldn’t matter because it’s absolutely delicious! LOVE it!!! I’ll definitely be making this over and over and over!
