Q Para os vegetarianos isso seria possível com uma dieta muito baseada em ovos e repetitiva, e para os veganos fica muito muito difícil, então eu recomendo que vegetarianos e veganos não se preocupem com cetose, principalmente para evitar uma dieta restritiva e impossível de manter no longo prazo.
