It’s a good Keto Vegetarian Cookbook. I have not been able to try them all but the ones I tried are okay for my taste and for my diet. There recipes for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Side dish. All of them are veggies, even the sweets and the snacks. I didn’t know it’s possible to eat veggies still on snacks. I think it’s nice. There’s ingredients, instructions, Amount per serving and % daily value. On top of that, it has pictures, which I always want to see in cookbooks. I give it 5 stars!

  1. I have only tested the recipe with active dry yeast. I am not sure how instant yeast would do in the recipe since I only use active dry yeast.

    Hi, thanks for advice. I had to have a kidney out a couple of years ago. The other one functioning fine. Is it ok to go Keto? Am also worried about high protein affecting kidney.

    Céntrate en comer comida de buena calidad y poco procesada. Lo ideal es que la comida que compres no tenga una lista de ingredientes (o sea muy corta).
