  5. I just made this and had to share it!!!! Since ive been running low on golden syrup (which i use in this recipe) i had the idea to use nutella instead. i just used a tablespoon of it melted and its delicious! i didnt use vegan nutella though…

    Como escribo este artículo a finales de Abril, llega el calor y os recuerdo la necesidad de consumir sales minerales para reponer las pérdidas por sudoración, especialmente haciendo ejercicio, y más en dieta cetogénica en sus primeras fases donde perdemos muchos líquidos por la orina. Recomiendo comprar sal marina en algún herbolario local, hay paquetes de 1kg por menos de 2 euros y te puede durar muchos meses. También viene bien tomar bicarbonato sódico como fuente de electrolitos, mejor tomado en ayunas (o al menos no con el estómago lleno), antes o después del entrenamiento en el gimnasio, o bien cuando hagas tu actividad física más exigente en el día.
