    Hola Marcos!! Felicidades por el post tan bien explicado una vez más. Quería preguntarte lo siguiente. Mi dieta suele ser bastante baja en hidratos, menos de 100 g y de unas 1700 (20- 25% por debajo ya que quiero bajar mi porcentaje de grasa que está en torno a 22, 24). Me he decidido a restringirlos a 30 gramos y el 5º día las bandas me indicaron que estaba en cetosis. También práctico todos los días ayuno 16/ 8. Estoy encantada, disfruto con lo que como, me he desinchado mucho a nivel abdominal y mi rendimiento en crossfit ( 4-5 veces semana)no ha bajado. Por lo tanto, creo que podría adoptar está manera de comer como mi patrón de alimentación habitual. Mi miedo es si puedo estropear y metabolismo acostumbrando a mi cuerpo a solo quemar grasa. Sobre todo, porque deduzco que siguiendo lo que explicas en guerrera espartana, mi somotipo es manzana con lo que debo tener resistencia a la insulina con una ratio de cintura cadera de solo 20 cm. En fin, he pensado “vivir” en cetosis y realizar un par de días de cargas semanales de hidratos ( enfoque 5 días cetosis, 2 de ciclado de carbos seguido de un ayuno 24h para el lunes inducir más fácilmente a mi cuerpo a que ente en cetosis). Crees que podría hacerlo así? Me orientas un poco? Muchas gracias. Eres un referente para mí y me encanta tu trabajo. Un fuerte abrazo
