    Great post and appreciate the updates. Just a note that while some food like yogurt, tomatoes and onions can be keto-friendly, there can be a lot of sugar in large servings (even a bowl of homemade tomato soup). Unless it’s unsweetened full-fat Greek yogurt like Fage, most yogurts won’t be keto friendly because they range from 14 to 30 carbs per serving. In any case great summary just wanted to add to the conversation.
    I’ve tried Keto Fridge and Ketoned Bodies. Both have great food. I Don’t really like the packaging of most of Keto Fridge, but the food is great. I did have an issue with Ketoned Bodies though. I would stay away from the chicken thighs. I had two in the same shipment that spilled blood over everything when I cut into them. Ketoned Bodies did give me a refund, but said the chicken was safe to eat as it is slowly cooked. They even compared it to Prime Rib. I’m sorry, but bloody chicken is a far cry from Prime Rib. While I like the food, I will never order their chicken thighs again. Bloody chicken may be safe, but it tastes like s**t.

I’m looking for something a little different now, though. After a while, some of their Paleo options tend to be similar repeats, tweaking an ingredient here or there, but honestly, if we kept on it, I’d be happy.
