  6. Para eso, te recomiendo medirte con una cinta en la parte más estrecha de la cintura y luego en la parte más ancha de la cadera, y medirte una vez a la semana para ver si se va reduciendo volumen. Si el volumen no se reduce en una semana, analizamos más a profundidad tu caso. 🙂
