First you fry the tofu in a skillet with a little oil until they are lightly browned and crisp. Then you add whatever sauce or marinade you want to use and cook it for just one minute more. If you want to keep your skillet clean you can even transfer the tofu to a bowl and mix in the sauce there. The same method also works great for tempeh. You can try this out with my recent noodle salad recipe, where I toss the tofu with soy sauce after frying. I much prefer this method to marinating before frying, because the tofu will absorb the sauce much easier after it has dried out and crisped up from frying. It is also a lot quicker and prevents the sauce from burning in the pan.
Oh no! I’m so sorry this didn’t turn out for you. With a recipe this small I’ve found that measuring the ingredients is super important. I measure the coconut oil while cold and then melt it. You may also want to add a tiny bit more maple syrup to balance out the coconut taste. Measuring liquids in a tablespoon can be tricky, so it might be best to err on the side of overfilling it with syrup than not getting enough. I’m not sure how the texture turned out for you, but I have experienced it being too gooey before. Usually letting it rest, adding more flour, or letting it chill in the refrigerator helps.

The MAD does not begin with a fast or with a stay in hospital and requires less dietitian support than the ketogenic diet. Carbohydrates are initially limited to 10 g per day in children or 20 g per day in adults, and are increased to 20–30 g per day after a month or so, depending on the effect on seizure control or tolerance of the restrictions. Like the ketogenic diet, the MAD requires vitamin and mineral supplements and children are carefully and periodically monitored at outpatient clinics.[47]

Ya lo tomaba antes en un tratamiento alternativo por un problema de calcificacion en la columna y me resulto excelente, leí que pusiste que es muy bueno para este caso tambien. Afecta en la alimentación de alguna manera negativa, por ejemplo tomarlo antes de desayunar? Que momento del día sería el optimo? También leí que es muy bueno el ejercicio aeróbico en ayuna, osea antes del desayuno subirse a la caminadora o la eliptica (en mi caso por la columna), esto es verdad? MIL GRACIAS por tu tiempo.

    To make homemade paleo and vegan chocolate- 1 cup coconut oil, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, and 1/3 cup refined sugar free sweetener of choice (maple syrup, agave, and brown rice syrup). 
    For this one I’m going to try grapefruit or orange for the lemon zest & juice, cream for the coconut, golden cane sugar syrup for the maple syrup, and minute tapioca (which is tapioca starch) for the corn starch. Wish me luck!

    I just made this and had to share it!!!! Since ive been running low on golden syrup (which i use in this recipe) i had the idea to use nutella instead. i just used a tablespoon of it melted and its delicious! i didnt use vegan nutella though…
