And the fat was way to low. I wrote them and got a response that “it may not fall into the more strict guidelines of a keto diet” but that I could reduce the sauces and add fat. they use higer carb veggies that I would also have to take out (green beans, carrots, sugar snap peas). So if I have to take out the HC veg/sauces and add fat…then why am I paying for a Keto plan? They didn’t really seem to care. It’s a clean diet, it’s Paleo, it’s GF, but it’s not Keto. Maybe they’ll change if others complain, but as of Aug 2017 it’s not compliant.
